At Alchemy Studios we want to believe that creativity comes from experimentation, innovation, and the fact that the better each team member feels - creatively and in life - the better the work they create. We want artists to feel empowered and inspired to create their best work at Alchemy Studios.

Genuine care for employees is one of our key values, and in order to achieve this we have tools in place so that the animation industry is as accessible as possible to the disabled, the neuro-diverse, and those from marginalised, mental illness and lower socio-economic backgrounds.

We support remote working, aim to establish trust between team members and the studio, and have schemes in place so that every member of the team feels supported and able to learn and expand their skill-set while at the studio.
